Alex graduated his Diploma of Remedial massage in 2021 and has a solid foundation of hands-on experience and continued study. Alex has worked with many clients helping them achieve sustainable results through his evidence-based methods. He tailors his treatments to address the root causes of discomfort, combining techniques like structural integration, myofascial release, and functional movement assessment to create lasting change.

Outside the treatment room, Alex is committed to lifelong learning and growth. He enjoys Rock Climbing and Mountain Biking on the weekends and is a big fan of sustainable practices.
