The fundamental difference lies in exclusivity of possession: while a rental agreement typically grants a tenant sole, exclusive use of a specific room for the duration of their contract, a license provides a non-exclusive permission to occupy and use our professional treatment rooms. Because our clinic is designed around a shared-room philosophy, licensing allows multiple practitioners to access high-quality clinical spaces at different times. This model offers greater flexibility and a collaborative atmosphere, ensuring that our rooms remain a communal resource for our multi-disciplinary team rather than being restricted to a single user.
