Areta (he/they) is a remedial massage therapist that graduated from Evolve College. They also have a Bachelor in Health Science (Exercise) from the Australian College of Physical Education.

Areta uses a client-centred and collaborative approach. They focus on your expectations, goals, comfortability and safety. Areta works intuitively and also uses their knowledge of the musculoskeletal system that they have attained from years of study. They are able to provide relaxing yet effective remedial massage techniques and likes to work a lot with myofascial release.

Areta is also the founder of Neutral Bodywork, a massage practice that focuses on providing massage for the queer, trans and gender diverse community. They were motivated to create this practice as they noticed a lack of accessibility and awareness within the massage industry for folks who identified within these communities.

Areta is able to holistically provide deep tissue, remedial and sports/movement art specific body work.

Areta is registered with all major health funds in Australia.
