We’ve structured our fees to support you while you are building your reputation. This tiered model ensures your overhead stays low while your income potential stays high:

Phase 1: Build Months 1 – 6 $1 per shift 50%
Phase 2: Grow Months 7 – 12 $10 per shift 40%
Phase 3: Graduate Month 13+ Fixed Rate 0% (You keep 100%)

Once you finish the 12-month program, you transition to our standard “Chair Hire” model. You simply pay a fixed rate for your professional space and keep every dollar you make from your sessions.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

We are looking for therapists who are “career-focused,” not just looking for a side gig.

  • Qualifications: HLT52021 Diploma of Remedial Massage (completed in Australia) and current First Aid (HLTAID011).

  • Registration: Current membership with a professional association and registration with all major health funds (essential for client trust and rebates).

  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Mac computers and practice management software (ideally Cliniko).

  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: You will be responsible for your own NAB merchant account and HICAPS terminal to process your payments.

  • Reliability: Punctuality and a professional respect for the shared clinical space are non-negotiable.
