Sara graduated in 2013 with a Diploma of Remedial Massage from Meadowbank TAFE.

She specialises in Trigger Point Therapy, Deep Tissue Massage and Myofascial Release. In addition, Sara is skilled in treating TMJ dysfuntion. Sara’s approach is both intuitive and grounded in clinical expertise. Whether your treatment needs are for recovery, mobility, enhancement or restoration, Sara aims to bring your body back to alignment both physically and mentally. Reducing her client’s pain and discomfort while increasing their strength and flexibility are her priorities.

When Sara isn’t helping clients she enjoys writing, meditation and staying active.

Sara is a member of Massage & Myotherapy Australia and is registered with all major health funds in Australia.

Availability:

Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
